Iphone 4: Ios 6 update can't play any embedded videos

After the ios 6 update (Iphone 4), i can't play any embedded youtube videos from some websites. I guess in Ios 5, safari use to open the youtube app and play the video. Now, it is just giving me a message saying "The adobe flash player or quicktime is required for video playback." Does anyone have this same issue?
