I am currently using iPhone 4. After upgrading to iOS 6, I couldn't locate Personal Hotspot. I have tried to reset the network setting but to no avail. It is not even under General - Cellular Data. Thus, I have no way to turn it on. Basically it just disappeared from my phone. Please kindly help me. Thanks.

I reset my iphone 4 by pressing home and power buttons at the same time untill phone shuts down.
When the phone powers back up, go into Settings-Cellular--Personal Hotspot and turn on.

BEST SOLUTION: Go to settings-cellular- cellular data network, then scroll down to personal hotsot, then do the APN setup, after that go back to settings, your hotspot will then appear under cellular. This works perfect. give us like on www.facebook.com/computersgh
