APPLE.... just go back to GOOGLE MAPS PLEASE!!!!!!

The google maps 'app' is merely a pointer to the mobile web app. This and other 3rd party applications do not have street view , public transit information and nor importantly is it integrated with Calendar, Contacts or iCloud.

We are a small business that relied heavily on the Maps App and it's integration to contacts and calendar especially using iCloud

That reliance changed overnight on the 'iOS upgrade' is to iOS 6.

Our business has effectively come to a halt since because the Map accuracy and data are so dire.

We're having to work on emergency solutions using an Android platform to try and salvage what we can from the mess.

This change threatens to put us out of business, and is costing us money every day.

I just noticed my apple maps show construction in my area, so I can avoid it. Thank you apple, google never done that.

Keeping the original deal : I bought my IPad with an app in the Os which correspond to my needs, expectation!

Here apple changed the original deal!

And I hope they won't be satisfied with appologises.

The only way that is possible wouldn't help you now that you already updated. That other method would require certain files to be saved and custom firmware created prior to updating so he is just protecting the sheep from harming their phones.

This is my 4th Iphone and I was a big fan of maps. With the new upgrade the quality of the new map app is very disappointing. Steve Jobs would have never released it.....but I think that now at Apple money counts more than quality and customer satisfaction!!! I hope they will fix it soon otherwise the solution will be getting a different OS....there are so many out with same features and at this point something more!!! Iphone 5 is not the "best" phone out there any more!!!!

Yes please give us back Google map. I'm in Vietnam and the map on my new iPad 4 doesn't work around, it doesn't show locations or directions even to big cities and provinces! So funny, I cannot use my iPad ti find the way.
