I just updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 6 but I lost everything that I've done on my phone from the past 2 months. So all of my pictures, contacts, notes, text messages, calendar events, etc. Everything that I've done on my phone since yesterday to two months ago is gone because that was the last time I backed it up in iTunes. Is there a way to recover all of these list items?

Same thing happened to me yesterday and I'm so mad about it! Everything is gone and I can't get any answers on how to recover anything! Someone please help!!
I updated my iPhone 4S and I still have some items (pics, calendar, etc.) but it looks like all my apps are gone. When I go to the App Store the Apps are there with an option to 'Open' them but they won't stay. Like the Mapmyrun App...***?
I updated my iPhone 4 to iOS6 yesterday. Today, I opened Calendar and watched all of the events disapear. HELP!!! I have my photos, contacts, & apps.
In the update, I lost iTunes, the App Store, & the Find My iPhone app. So far it seems like everything else is still there thankfully.
same to me! iTunes shows me the last 2 backups, but i need the third backup before the trouble began...
I to am frustrated with the new ios6 update. I still have all my pictures but lost the ability to choose "events" in my iphoto. Now at the bottom of your camera roll on your iphone, there is a choice for only three things...... Albums, Photo Stream, and Places. There is no where to click on events. I use my events in my work everyday to show people pictures of my work. This is costing me time and money. Come on Apple..... answer the questions here..... How do I get my Events Back?? Why would they have been changed in the first place???
I have had the same problem, I have updated to iOS6 and found that all my apps have been deleted/aren't showing. Is there any way to get them back?
