I have tried my best to use any solutions what I found on the internet, finally, all failed.

1.reset the settings

2.restart the phone

3.turn off/on the wifi and 3G

4.change the http proxy to 'auto',

5.restore the phone twice through iTunes

6.turn off/on the WIFI router

All failed, I just want to know what can I do next?

This is most likely a problem with the security setting on your router. In my case the issue was with my Apple Airport Exreme. (I have an older Airport Express at another location and did not have these problems with either my iPhone or iPad.)

My solution was to turn off all security settings on my Airport via Airport Utility. This forces the base station to reboot after which I had excellent wifi on my iPhone and iPad. Then I restored my security settings and the base station once again rebooted. Eveything worked fine.

I'm aware that this solution might not be applicable to all routers.
