What is error code 3014 when trying to upgrade to iOS6? MacBook and iTunes are all up-to-date.

I can't get my iPad2 or iPhone4 to upgrade to iOS6. Both come up with the error message 3014. I've done restarts, checked I'm running the latest version of iTunes (10.7) and updating my MacBook Pro. Still no go.

Any ideas?

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1, same problem with my iPhone 4 too

I got this the first time I tried to restore my iPhone in recovery mode, but then I tried again a few seconds later and it worked.

resolved this issue by disabling firewall and antivirus
