I received an email that was sent and dated two days before I received it. It is flagged in Apple Mail with a double exclamation point (!!). I am guessing that the two things are related. But I can't find anywhere what the "!!" means. Can anyone define it for me?

It's set by the sender of the message.
Priority. A double exclamation point icon indicates a high-priority message.

Thanks! Is it set by the mail program? In other words, I've never seen that before, so how did it determine that it was high priority?
