Is there a problem with Siri today

New to Siri (Previous phone was iPhone4) and there seems there's a problem on my end again today.

It was working last night, but as of Monday 6pm Eastern Time Siri either just lags. Or when I press the button it shuts off and wont even let me ask my question. I had some issues on Saturday as well. Ugh.

Siri isn't working for me currently on my iPhone 4S. She's telling me she can't take requests.

Dictation was working until I tried to use Siri, now that's not working either.

its down for me as well on iphone5. disabling, restarting, see what happens.

after restarting, it seems to be good.
