I can't find my podcasts now that I upgraded to IOS 6 and downloaded the Podcast app.

I upgraded my iPhone 4S to IOS 6 last night and downloaded the podcast app because I tried to play a podcast within the music app and it pointed me in that direction. This morning I forgot about the podcast app and opened music while paired to Ford Sync and it asked me if I wanted to open the podcast in the Podcast app. I clicked OK or something like that and it then prompted me with another question if I wanted to transfer my podcasts to the new app. I responded with yes and a few of the podcasts show up but not all of them. When I sync with iTunes it shows all the podcasts that I've downloaded but they don't show up anywhere on the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I can't figure this out I'm going to be extremely dissapointed in Apples decision to go in this direction. I listen to podcasts everyday on my way to work.
