i have a big problem with IOS 6 and audio bluetooth

My Radio Car Pioneer AVH-2400 BT dont work with bluetooth, no tag, no control, just possibility to play from iPhone. All the function is OK in IOS 5

Nothing jn IOS 6 :-(

Plus de fonction Bluetooth audio depuis le passage en IOS 6 avec mon autoradio Pioneer AVH-2400 BT, tout fonctionnait bien sur IOS 5, maintenant je peux juste lire depuis l'iPhone et plus d'affichage d'infos sur le titre ou l'album (TAG)

Je viens d'acheter cet autoradio il y a 1 mois, c'est un modèle 2012 !

Help!

I have the EXACT same problem with the EXACT same car stereo. After reading how it's affected multiple manufacturers right after everyone updates to the new iOS, it's clear that this is an Apple problem.

Let's get this fixed!

@charlydv, sorry its exact, is a .plf and not a .exe the icon on my mac is one "exec" 😉

Get this page and follow instruction for the connect and erase bluetooth firmware before sending new firmware with your Pioneer AVH

i´ve done it... with a lot of help of @GeekRomand..😀... from the mac you have to pair, then put the radio on hold 4 the file (system / bluetooth firmware update / start..) then from the mac EXPLORE the bluetooth device and copy the .plf file on the update folder... if u send the file by the standard way IT WILL FAIL.... after that

it all went smoothly...

dont forget stop contact car and restart after update.

For me it didn't work with a laptop and Windows 7. No chance to add the file to the "update" folder.

Afterwards i used a Macbook of a friend of mine. After 5 minutes everything worked.

Hey, I´ve been trying to transfer the file over bluetooth with my Windows 7 PC and it stops after few bytes transfered, then I tried using OBEX Commander software and it also stops at few bytes transfered with a message like "Database is full".

Does anyone knows why the **** I can´t even transfer the firmware file into the update folder on my AVH-2450bt unit?

Well, I followed the instructions on the Pionner´s website on which I´ve cleared the bluetooh memory. Do you now how to put it on " update mode " ?

Hey, Just did the update on AVH-2450bt using AVH-2400bt firmware update and it was successfully. I was trying to transfer the file without being on update mode. Thank you guys for the help!

It seems the issue was fixed finally.

When i try to do this i receive the error "you cannot upload files or folders due to a general error." does this around 512kb into the transfer. i have cleared memory and everything but no luck. i'm doing this from a mac. can anybody help?

how do i get into update mode?

You have to enter in the bluetooth menu in your radio (u didnt tell us the model), and look the bluetooth firmware update, and in the mac dont "send" the file to the radio, EXPLORE IT via bluetooth and copy the file into the update folder...
