Itunes was not installed correctly Error 7 (Windows Error 5)

This is what I get when try to open Itunes after upgrade. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this and Microsoft .Net Frameworks several times. Please help!

Itunes-OTHER, iOS 5.1.1

A complete uninstall/reinstall of iTunes and related software components is worth a try:

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP

Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

i have tried every thing. Uninstall / reinstall about 20 plus times. Fix framework. remove all anti virus, called windows, called apple (they say call the other party), called geek squad. Tried to put back the old version, and nothing.

I have over 40,000 songs and 40 movies. I got the new iPhone 6 but cant get anything on there or use it to its full ability cause i cant open iTunes.

I have Windows 7.
