I am trying to update IOS but get error 3014 what should i do

I keep getting the above error message....any ideas?

iPhone 4, iOS 6

Per http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694#error3014

Error 3014 may indicate that you need to free up more disk space on the computer before trying to restore again.
