Hi, my iphone 5 keeps crashing like every 2 - 3 minutes

I have 2 iPhone 5S's and they have both been replaced now 3 times and they are still crashing repeatedly. I have talked to (800) APL CARE for hours... Genius Bar twice for hours... They cannot explain it and getting new phones does not help. I might as well pray to Steve Jobs

I got an iPhone5S on launch day and Friday 10/19 I had to replace it because I kept getting the Blue Screen of Death.

The Apple Store gave me a brand new phone. Today, 3 days later, the new phone keeps crashing. It won't even turn on and yes it is fully charged. I get the BSOD and sometimes after the apple appears on the screen it switches into shut-down mode (with the spinning circle). It will not start.

Looks like I'm going back to the Apple Store to see what they can do.

I'm pretty disappointed with Apple's quality control of this product.

You will only have the inconvenience of shipping your phone to them if you are willing ot pay a $700 Hoald fee. I know this because I have a iphone 5 and have had problems with it in the pass and I have no Apple Store in this area when I called Apple they toald me they woulnd need to put $700.00 on hoald untill they get my phone back. I understand this is to make sure they get the phone back but their are other ways to do this. In most cases they get the phone back so all they would need to do os bill them in payments if they dont get the phone back because who the **** can pay $700 in full these days.

Exactly the same problem and signs, I've been having this iphone 5 for more than a year and apple store told me to pay 256$ to replace it. But it is insane, because I didn't do anything to it, and ccoome on, it is supposed to be high quality stuff, I didn't buy Iphone 5 to pay 256$ after a year to replace it...
