I just updated my 4S to iOS6 and while i did get the VIP folder I got NO Flag folder!
I have a Gmail account and my main one is my apple id @me mail. None of them has the Flag folder?
I think only the apple mail is suposed to have the flag folder, but I'm not sure.
What can I do?

they're talking about gmail? it has nothing to do with the missing flag folder in imail... or I just don't get it.
Got it to work! don't really know how;)
It only appears if you have a message in your inbox flagged. Unfortunately it will not show messages in different folders that are flagged.
I have been trying to find a way to do this, there is none that I can find.
