Siri not working on iPhone 4S iOS 6

We bought my wife an iPhone 4S yesterday and updated it to iOS 6 today. Now, Siri is not working properly. She won't respond at all to the first thing that is said to her after holding the home button, and after you ask her your question a 2nd time, she just says that there is a problem and asks you to try again (which obviously doesn't work). Does anybody have ANY IDEA what's going on here? As a side not, I also own an iPhone 4s which I updated to iOS 6 on Wednesday, and Siri is working fine. Thanks a ton in advance for any help!

I have a problem with my iphone,

actually it restarts and siri sommands the phone and a song is played from itunes automatically, here no buttons go on with a touch several touch has to be made of contacting the phone
