Ok, I'm from Egypt and I had this iMessage and FaceTme problems (as you can see from my previous posts) and I have managed to solve this problem and now I'm sharing the solution for you.
Apparently, what the gentleman/woman up said is true, you really can't activate FaceTime or iMessage unless you had a US store linked Apple ID. To do that, you don't need anything abut a fake address in one of these countries (you can find one online or use that of a friend of yours who lives in any of these countries).
Now, go to the App store app, click on your apple ID then click on view apple ID then insert your password then change your coutry or region, your billing address, postal code and set your payment method to none. Then sign out, close the app then back in. Then go to settings and sign into iMessage and FaceTime. You can choose to continue using the US store or you can switch back to your own country's store (the apps and media you purchased can only be downloaded at no additional cost only from your home country store using your apple ID, if you chose to stay with the US you'll have to switch back everytime you want to download a paid app on your device that you purchased before but they are never lost)
You can search online for any fake/real address in the US and use it as a billing information.
You can use iTunes gift cards to purchase from the US store if you chose to stick with it.
I hope this anawer was useful.
Thanks.
