Lines and static across iPhone5 keyboard

I am seeing static and lines across my keyboard when using my iPhone5...most frequently when it appears in the AppStore app. I'd like to know if this is a software or hardware issue. I've seen severa reports of this on boards across the internet: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1452197

Any answers on this yet?

The latest update 6.0.1 has fixed the static for me however, now my iPhone will not work with my Car Stereo system. It was working fine with my Alpine Head Unit and the 30 pin to lightning adapter before 6.0.1 but now, I get an error message anytime I connect my phone to my car stereo system. Please fix Apple in 6.1!!!
