Hello folks,
if you write - Iphone5 robot - on Google, you get stuff connected with english, german and swedish. I guess- a few more, due to language. The problem with robotic is in effect on incoming conversation and seems to be represented in many countries. My operator, Telia, have been working on the problem for over a month and they cannot find the cause. Apple prefers silence on this problem. I don't know if this is why Apple is sending back 8 M Iphone5:s to Foxconn, the manufacturer in China. But if you ask me to guess- the answer will be affirmative.
I have changed my Iphone5 twice within a couple of weeks but the problemstill persists.
When I get a call in this fashion, I ask the caller to recall and most of the time it works fine with this action. I have noticed my operator about this and still they cannot get any further with this.
It would be too early to state that it is an Apple failure at this time. A number of operators in the USA seem also to be aware of the problem and I can only hope they all communicate so that a whole army will try to resolve and also face Apple.
I would go to Germany and those guys seem to be frenetically working on any problem- such as many years ago 11 engineers i white coats tried for half a day on my 1961 Beetle that was not working on one cylinder...
So put some hope on my investigations and I will certainly blow the horn if anything with substance hits the surface. I might have access to their deep water labs far off the sunny side.
You may copy this and send to your operator- we will get there!
Stay cool, Carl Ring- Sweden
