Just purchased "The Avengers" and there is two sets of subtitles on my movie?..I have checked all options on my TV, Apple TV and Computer. Anyone else having this issue?..

I have updated the instructions adding another step, try them again and let me know.
Yeah these are the exact steps we took over the phone with Apple Care. It did not fix it. It most defifinitely is an issue with the movie file itself.
That does not work, when you switch the non English subtitles off in your second step they immediately appear again in English.
IOS6 is out now.
I got the email a few minutes ago as well. Redownloading as we speak.
Pretty cool... Get refunded and then get to download again for free.
It took a week, but well played Apple, well played.

But if we got a refund, then we do not "own" the movie so we cannot re-downloaded unless we purchase it again.
But glad to know the issue was taken serious and resolved!
Oh no. I DID get a refund and also I got an email just like some of the folks above this post that we can re-download the right file for FREE!!!! That is a sweet smell of victory. IMO
What a pity. Does this now mean this topic won't float its way to the top if the iTunes forum every hour? Or will people still be posting gloating posts for the next few days? 😉
I am glad you posted this because I was wondering if it was a hoax and was afraid to delete my original. But I bought the HD version. Will i get that again? I hope so.
"My Downloads" was on my screen in iTunes on the left side. On the bottom of that screen, I had 3 downloads available. Clicked on that, and BAM the right files downloaded to my computer.

I've redownloaded everything last night...
I just noticed this morning that my repurchased movie wasn't in the cloud - like my original purchase was.
