Two sets of Subtitles
Just purchased "The Avengers" and there is two sets of subtitles on my movie?..I have checked all options on my TV, Apple TV and Computer. Anyone else having this issue?..

Just got off the phone with them, they told me they would refund it, then email me when a corrected version of the film was available.
Tried the phone route and was only directed to of course iTunes Express Lane. :-/
Just out of curiosity what was wrong with Prometheus? I have that movie and haven't had any problems.
Tried it.
ExpressLane was recommended.

Oh well.
So I wonder is it all the downloads or just some?
Are we the only ones who pay attention to details like this ?
Otherwise, has anyone tried deleting and re-downloading ?
Yes erasing and redownloading was one of our trouble shooting steps. Also did a full restore of all my devices. Is only happening on "The Avengers".

Anyone know if the issue is still there?..I would really like to actually buy the movie.
I wonder if the actual DVD/Blue-Ray also has this issue
No it does not, it's just the files on iTunes.
They just removed the movie from Apple TV , but I still have it on my iPad and MacBook Pro.
They had the gumption to request a survey about the Apple representative who gave me the same generic response! Buyers remorse big time!
Would be nice if apple could send out an email acknowledging this issue and providing a fix date
