can I connect a Casio XW-P1 synthetiser to my mac??

So that's the question. I am planning to buy this synth and I would like to know if connection between the syhtn and my mac is possible. Mainly it would be for using it with garageband, or editing sounds using other programs. My last and old music keyboard was also a casio but old enough to admit windows connection but not with mac.
