I'm afraid there isn't one. You'll have to use a character map to choose it.

I'd recommend you use a modern font which has this character at the right place. Using a very old one is likely to create text that nobody using standard computers will be able to read. Lots of fonts in OS X have this already, here is photo of the font variation table

Yes, just do Edit > Special Characters. Set View = Code Tables, Tab = Unicode, range = Latin Extended A. Select the character and look in the Font Variation pane. Yours will look different than mine, as the format was changed in 10.7.s
