ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Contact them. We can't do anything about it.

ONLY the carrier to which it is locked can unlock it. No one else at all.
Contact that carrier and ask if they offer this service and if you qualify.
Sprint will only unlock for overseas carriers, if they will unlock at all
