There appears to be a problem with the camera app on iPhone 5. The flash is out of sync and that results in dark pictures. The flash starts first and then the pic is taken!
If I reboot the phone or end the camera app, everything works as it should for 4-5 times.
It seems to be a software problem. Apple fix this asap!
Since I made the soft reboot my iPhone works perfect. No need to take it back to apple.
The problem did not return. I'm happy with my iPhone 5.
Same problem.
Disabling the location services in Privacy for the Camera fixed the issue.
Apparently this is a software issue. I have been having the same issue on my iPhone 4 running iOS 6.0.1. I have done a full restore on the phone which temporarily corrected the issue, but it soon returned. Additionally when this occurs, the weather app also has difficulty updating when receiving data over 3G (sometimes it leaves the old data, sometimes it leaves completely blank location pages).
