Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
When I tap on the app store all of the apps are gone. It has each section listed on the bottom and when I tap on "charts" for instance there is a blank screen. When I do a search it will list the names as I type and when I click on a typing it list nothing. I tried restarting my phone and closing the app store from the multi-task menu and still the same thing. This just started today. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Open your app store app and press and hold the sleep/wake button until the slide to power off message appears. Then press and hold the home button until the app quits. Then double click the home button and quit the app store app from the multitasking bar. Now open the app. Most probably it should work.

I tried but nothing help,I have iphone4s in IOS6...,I found the issue days ago, when I restored the iphone, It's OK...
but It appeared again about 1 week... And I don't want restore again... Thanks for any help in advance!
So the only option you got now is to restore the phone. But before that,you have to delete the software update file from the itunes media folder in your computer which has .IPSW extension before restoring. Then when you try to restore, it downloads a new update file from apple's server.
I was having a similar issue where my update page in app store was coming up blank. I downloaded iOS 6.1 by going to settings>general>software update> and then downloaded the available update. After this was done the updates started coming up again in the app store. My husband has the same phone same updates and his was fine ????? what has caused it.
