I updated iOS 6 on my iPhone 4S. I need FaceTime on my iPhone 4S. I open Settings, I can't see the FaceTime. When I enable Restrictions in Settings>General>Restrictions, I can't see FaceTime. Where the FaceTime in Settings?

Mine is MD235AE/A - I bought it in bahrain that too from an official shop mobile service provider. How can it come from Saudi? There should be some solution..

I am using Iphone 4s n i had facetime in it and i was using also but when i had to back up and restore my phone face time disappeared. but originally face time wasnt there in my mobile when purchased from qatar and after few days there was notification to update my phone and after update facetime was there. My model numb is also MD235AE/A.
Could anyone provide suggestions that would solve my difficulty. I tried Thanos' suggestion but in the end i lost all my apps and had to re-install everything from the beginning.
That model was intended for sale in the UAE. It doesn't have FaceTime. There is nothing we can do to help you.

May be, but i have been using FaceTime even after i came to Dubai where i am currently located for 6months now. After I restored only its missing. Thats my concern.

iPhones & iPads destined for some middle eastern markets have FaceTime restricted as an express wish of their respective governments. Bahrain does not appear to be included in this restriction. It should be noted it's not where you are using your idevice, it's where in the world they were destined for which determines if FaceTime is present or not.

Even my iPhone is also from UAE and it doesn't have FaceTime. Now I'm using it in India and upgraded to iOS-7. There should be some way to install FaceTime on my iPhone.

If your iPhone was originally destined for one of the middle eastern countries where FaceTime is not permitted there is nothing you can do. Using the iPhone in another country or updating your iOS will still not allow you to use FaceTime. There is no way to download it. Sorry.
