Missing FaceTime in iPhone 4S

I updated iOS 6 on my iPhone 4S. I need FaceTime on my iPhone 4S. I open Settings, I can't see the FaceTime. When I enable Restrictions in Settings>General>Restrictions, I can't see FaceTime. Where the FaceTime in Settings?

  1. If FaceTime is not available in Settings: Note that FaceTime may not be available on devices purchased or used in certain countries, including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
  2. In Settings > General > Restrictions, verify FaceTime and Camera are On. Disabling Camera also disables FaceTime.
  3. Update to the latest version of iOS.
  4. Restore your device:
    1. Back up your device to iCloud or iTunes.
    2. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
Note: This will erase all user data from your device.
    3. When complete, configure your device by selecting your region and language and then restore your data using the iCloud or iTunes backup.
Note: When setting up and restoring a backup from iTunes, ensure that your computer's language, country, and date and time are set correctly.
    4. If you still cannot locate the FaceTime app, try turning it on at Settings > FaceTime.

Yeah mine is from United States of America and I had the older version of FaceTime on my 4S but web I upgraded to the most recent one it "disappeared" after that but it is still present in the settings and under the contact menu and also listed above all the text messages in my inbox. I also have been successfully face timing with other users as well. Any suggestions on to what happened? And maybe someone could help me out on this?
