My iPad 3 or the new iPad's front camera pictures are fuzzy. I tried wiping, fix the lighting and whatever other ways there is but it's still fuzzy when I take photos. The back camera is fine and clear anywhere but if I change to front camera the result of my pics are fuzzy. HELP PLEASE.

The camera on the front of the iPad is lower resolution - it's only 640 by 480 pixels (VGA quality) and is mainly for use with FaceTime / Skype type calls. The camera on the back of the iPad is higher resolution : 2592 by 1936 pixels
Is there any way to make it clearer even though its has a lower resolution?
Apart from being in good light probably not - the low resolution will mean that it will appear more pixelated than the camera on the back of it
If your picture are grainy because of low light, you can use noise reduction software to reduce the noise.
Photoshop Express have an in-app purchase for noise reduction.
