iPhone 5 mail not pushing mail... Any Solutions?

Hi, I recently got an iPhone 5, but the Mail application doesn't seem to be working properly. Anytime that I want to receive new e-mails, I must go click on Mail for them to load. I have the settings set to where they should push new e-mails through. I use both a Gmail and a Microsoft Exchange account. Does anyone know of a solution?
