Is it possible to download new version of iTunes store without PC

Is it possible to download the new iTunes version without connecting to PC for my iOS six I have Wi-Fi Just no PC?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6

iOS 6 contains the latest iOS iTunes version. There is nothing to download.


The iTunes for a computer (Windows or Mac OS X) is a totally different piece of software. iOS devices cannot download this.
