my ipad2 freeze..after restart (apple logo hang) how to reboot?

ipad2 freeze after restart,,,reset it by hold on/off button and back button..stuck on apple logo..

iPad 2, iOS 4.3.2

First thing to do when this happens is to press the hom plus lock button at the same time for about 3 seconds

press home+lock button the divice off..restart back(press lock button) it on... but when apple appear it freeze.. what should i do...thank you..
