Poor connection between Iphone5 and Beats Wireless Over-Ear Headphones

It used to work without any problems between my Iphone4s and my beats wireless headphones.

But when im using my beats to my iphone5 it seems to drop the connectivity while listening to music even thoug im having my phone in my pocket!

Is there any fix for this or does the iphone4s has a better bluetooth adapter?

Hey all,
I've been haveing the same problem as all of you. I'm far from very knowledgable on tech things, so I contacted Beats to ask for help. They suggested a factory reset, but that didn't work. Then, they offered me a knew set. However, as a previous poster mentioned, there is no point in getting a new set until we're sure the headphones are the real problem.
In my particular case, I am able to play podcasts but the music kicks out often. So, I had an idea. I downloaded a different music player (I chose iAlbums).I've only run it for a few days, but I haven't had a single misconnection. That isn't to say it won't happen, but it used to happen several times per use. So far, no problems.
When I used iTunes, I noticed that the icon in the bottom right was blue during podcasts, but orange during iTunes and the LED on the headset would blink. With iAlbums, neither of these happens.
I don't know that this is a solution, but it's worth a try. There are several other alternative music players that should work just as well. For what it's worth, iAlbums seems like a better music player anyway.
If this is indeed a solution, then I guess we know for certain that the problem is with the latest iTunes.
Anyway, hopes this works for others. If it stops working, I'll come back on ehre and let you all know.

That's an Apple issue, it's not our product that messing up it's the IOS for the Apple Product that you have. Please contact Apple to see if and when they will have an update that will make your product compatible with Beats Products.

I have a contact at Beats. They are definitely aware of the problem and believe it is on Apple's end, which seems obvious in that only iOS 6 caused this. They are hoping that 6.1 fixes it. I busted up my wireless beats, so before I try hacking my second pair, I would like to see if 6.1 does indeed fix it.

Please post your results!

I updated to IOS 6.1 on the Iphone 5 and for the first time, I was able to enjoy a full workout with out any disconnections. Also, none of my tracks skipped at the beggining like it was before the update. I hope this stays this way. I am so excited to be able to enjoy and use my beats like they were meant to be used. Thanks apple for the update
