After i updated it started having trouble staying connected to a wifi network, so i restarted the phone and now i cant activate wifi or bluetooth.. It just says off and cant turn it on..

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
