iPad 3, iOS 6, Wifi issues

Here's a list of issues I've had since upgrading to iOS 6 on my iPad 3 wifi-only about a week ago:

Facebook app - unable to post any content via the app over wifi. However, Siri is able to post content on my behalf over wifi. No problems with anything when thethered to my iPhone 4's (on iOS 5.1.1) or iPhone 4S's (iOS 5.1.1) 3G cellular network.
App Store not working / iTunes store not connecting - has seemed to have fixed itself...for now...but seems intermittent, sometimes functioning sometimes not.
National Geographic Newsstand app - cannot restore purchases or download issues over wifi. Error message simply comes up that "can't connect to server at this time". Everything works fine when thethered to my iPhone 4's (on iOS 5.1.1) or iPhone 4S's (iOS 5.1.1) 3G cellular network. I have a subscription, that displays as "active" in my iTunes account.
Popular Mechanics Newsstand app - cannot restore purchases or download issues over wifi. Everything works fine when thethered to my iPhone 4's (on iOS 5.1.1) or iPhone 4S's (iOS 5.1.1) 3G cellular network. I have a subscription, that displays as "active" in my iTunes account but "inactive" in the newsstand app.
Time magazine app - cannot see the store at all or download any issues over wifi. Everything works fine when thethered to my iPhone 4's (on iOS 5.1.1) or iPhone 4S's (iOS 5.1.1) 3G cellular network.
The Economist newsstand app - will not restore my previous purchases over wifi. Everything works fine when thethered to my iPhone 4's (on iOS 5.1.1) or iPhone 4S's (iOS 5.1.1) 3G cellular network.

I have already performend numerous tests / suggestions from the forum, listed below, but the above problems are persisting:

Yes, I have performed a full restore
Yes, I have reset all network settings
Yes, I have changed my wifi proxy connection to auto
Yes, I have reset my router
Yes, I have hard-rebooted my iPad
Yes, I have played with the date/time
Yes, I have toggled wifi on/off

I am running wifi using a Belkin router with WPA2 security. I have never had any of these issues before when on iOS 5.1.1 and my other iDevices running iOS 5.1.1 have not had any issues either.

Apple - please please PLEASE give me back my iPad's perfect wifi connectivity with iOS 5.1.1! Will these issues be fixed with iOS 6.0.1? Please fast track it???

It goes without saying, but obviously, please also give me back Google maps...

Is anybody else experiencing these annoying issues? I feel like my iPad is only 50% the machine it should be!

Disappointed and frustrated...

Same problem to my iPad!

I can't access wifi even from a distance of 3 meters...

And that's apply to ALL routers worldwide...

The signal to other iPads or PCs is normal... Except mine's.

It's terrible!

Please HELP... nothing from the suggestions works!!!!!!

I've ensured my router has the most up to date firmware (it's a Belkin N150), and my devices all on iOS 5.1.1 do not have problems, only my iPad and iPhone 5 on iOS 6. It's clearly an iOS 6 issue that Apple still has not been able to resolve.

I think it's Android from now on...

Updated the iPhone 5 to iOS 6.0.1. NONE of the issues have been fixed i.e. it STILL cannot post content to Facebook when on wifi and it STILL cannot access the iTunes store or App store when on wifi.

Updating the iPad 3 now, but I don't have much hope.

I have the same problem on 3 apple products at home when I m connected to home wifi. I have an iphone4 an iphone4s and the new ipad. They all disconnect at the same time from the home wifi and after a min recconnect. This started after upgrading all three of them to ios6. I updated all to ios6.0.1 still have the problems on all products. It didnt fix my wifi connection problems..

Get an update to your router firmware which fixes the problem. If none exists get a new router.

iOS 6 is turning out to be a right fiasco. Take a look at this monster of a thread which has had 134845 views and 999 replies from users demanding a downgrade from iOS 6 to iOS 5: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4322892?start=0&tstart=0

As you quite rightly said, this is damaging the reputation of Apple.

Why would I get a new router ? everything else is working perfectly with it. Also before I upgraded to ios6 all the apple products were working fine with it... It's only few months old and a good brand.

It has the latest firmware already. I upgraded the firmware 2months ago ...it does the same thing in my moms house uncles house etc

I am having exactly the same issues. No website I go to that requires a login works if I try to navigate away from the first page after logging in. My newsstand magazines will not update, and I am unable to log into the app store or iTunes. Other websites that I don't have to log into are slow.

I also noticed that my IPAD did not recognize the new IOS 6.0.1. I had to plug it into a PC and install the fix automatically.

I have no problems with the IPAD at work but at home it is a nightmare. I have tried all of the suggestions but there is no relief.

Come on Apple. Let's get something fixed here.

Same problems on iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad 3 and AppleTV (netflix), and only on my home wifi network.

iPhones works on 3G, and iPad+AppleTv works on other wifi networks.

I actually wnet out and bought 4 different access points/routers (d-link and jensen so far) as I suspected that was the problem. Boy, was I wrong! :-(

It must be something with the wifi tech in iPhone, and if it can be broken by a software update, hopefully it can be fixed by a software update.
