where do I find windows address book?

In the windows program that contanns your contracts. Outlook is one.

Never mind. I found out that Windows 7 does not have one.
Windows Vista replaced the Address Book with Windows Contacts which will sync with the iPod. Windows 7 can also use Windows Contacts but you must get it as a free download from MS. The information for setting up Windows contacts to sync with the iPod is here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3191
