Something wrong with Madagascar 3?

I just bought Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted from the iTunes Store. It's great, but there seem to be Portuguese subtitles hard-coded into the movie (regardless of how I have my subtitle options set). They only show up a few times, like when there's a newspaper headline, but I know I saw them. They happen whether I'm viewing the film on the AppleTV or on the computer. Has anyone else seen this? I reported the problem to Apple but I wanted to put it out here as well.

Have the exact same problem with most, but not all, of the James Bond movies and all of the Indiana Jones movies. As others have done, have reported the problem to Apple and they say they are working on it, but no solution yet and it has been several months now. But, I have noticed that something has changed with the James Bond movies, which I saw by re-downloading them again. The subtitles used to appear on my iMac using iTunes and on my iPad and iPod Touch. But now they do not appear if I play back the movies on my iMac from within iTunes, but they still appear on my iPad and iPod Touch and I have tried new copies on both. Also interestingly if I play back one of the movies on my iMac but using Quicktime, the subtitles also still appear. So, Apple seem to have partially but not fully fixed the problem. Nothing has happened with the Indiana Jones movies, they still have the subtitles on all devices! There seem to be so many people reporting these subtitle issues, I'm really surprised that Apple haven't fixed the problem yet and it's been going on for months.

I have this same problem. I am glad to know that it isn't just a hardware issue (I was assuming it was my first gen Apple TV going on the blink. Apple tried to tell me it was on my end, subtitles were "turned off". They would not refund my money. I am going to complain again and demand my money be returned after seeing this report. THIS Is not a new problem and they are completely aware at this point.

I got a refund for Madagascar 3.

Since then I have downloaded Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace, both of which are fine.

I also downloaded Hotel Transylvania which does have the problem but only once and towards the end. Stopping and restarting gets rid of it.

It's annoying that they don't seem to want to fix the original Apple TV any more. It's been a long time since any updates.
