I just soft reset my iphone because I was having the same issue so just hold the power button and the home button until the apple sign shows up and when it is successfully rebooted go to Facebook and it should let you login in you're welcome

The solution is to open facebook in a computer, go to settings....you must delete all cell phones accounts. The Facebook app in your iphone works fine!!!
