"Restore Needed - iphone cannot make or receive calls. Restore from iTunes" warning
I received this warning. Any help would be great. I'd do the restore but I'm loosing everything then.

I have the exact same thing and already restored the device multiple times but every time it just happens again. Both a clean install and an install of a backup results every time in the same message as in the picture underneath. This is really annoying me like ****.
I actually have send my iPhone 4 to the insurance company 3 weeks ago because the home button and on/off button was broken. Instead of reparing I actually received another iPhone 4 about 2 weeks later (probably a refurbished one). And this is the device I am having the issue with. It's on iOS6 at the moment while mine was on iOS5 still but as even a clean install results in the same issue I don't think that the iOS version is the issue.
Really, any help at solving this is very welcome.
I am having the same problem with iPhone 3GS 32g ? Is there a fix ?
