iPhone 4s and iPad 2: Unknown error 1156!

Since an update on my Mac Mini today one of my iPhones and one iPad (2) doesn't sync anymore! Unknown error 1156! Why and what is that? Could it be because of iTunes match? I turned match of but the problem persists. Also I can't listen to the music on these devices anymore! Any help?
