How do I view my text messages in itunes?

Ultimately, I need to print the text messages I have from the conversation between a contact in my phone and myself. I don't need to print all of them, just the text conversation between this person and myself. I am under the impression that when I sync my phone to itunes, my text messages are saved on my computer. Therefore, I need to find where they are. Do I look in itunes? Could someone please tell me how to do this? Thanks!

They are saved in that they are backed up with the rest of your iPhone, you can't view them the way you're wanting to.

If you were communicating with this person using iMessage and you have OS X Mountain Lion on your computer, you can access the messages from Messages on your Mac.

Otherwise you can take a screenshote on your iPhone by pressing the sleep button and the home button at the same time. That will save a screenshot to your camera role, at which point you can import it from iPhoto or print it from your iPhone.
