Has anybody else had spots on their camera shots? (See images below) It appears as if there are specs of dust on the lens yet it is completely clean. Looks like a trip to the Apple store is in my future.

Yup same here. I went to the genius bar today, and the guy was surprised and said he hadn't seen it before. He said he could see a speck of something inside the camera glass, but that there's no way to just change the camera so he asked if it's ok to give me a new phone. I backed up with iCloud the night before, so the switch was painless. Success!
The 3 replacment iphone 5s that I have received have all been running an older OS. It was a bit of a pain, because you have to update before you restore your data.
I have the same issue! It is on every single picture I take now! This picture is zoomed in. Has everyone gotten a replacement who had this problem?
Do you mean you printed the pictures with the purple speck?
You need to speak to manager and show them this thread. Don't take back you 27in over something that can easily get resolved.
They could see the red spots and I showed them a picture from 4 days ago with no red spots. Still under warranty. Still had to pay.
I suggested we pull this thread up in the store and the "genius" said this is not an Apple thread but a thread by users so does not mean this is a known issue.

I got my iPhone 5 replaced in March and now I have the same spots in my photos again. Not sure if it's dust or water damage. Just very annoying. Guess it's another trip to the Genius Bar.

My camera had the same problem, and it really bothers me.. Do I need to have apple care to get a replacement phone?

I went to the Pasadena, CA Apple store in Old Town. I guess I expect all the stores to have the same practice. I have not gone to another store. You think that would help?
