Why can't I upload photos onto moonpig.com from my iPad?

Remember, this is the iPad your holding, not a PC or Mac. To upload your photos from the iPad to your desired site, you must first upload the photos to your desktop. Then you upload them to the site. Or you can use an app, if available, to the site, such as Wordpress.
Easy. Connect your iPad to the computer. The computer will detect the iPad has a "Still Digital Camera". Once it is down installing the new hardware, a box will pop up. Click Scan photos to Computer or something like that. It will run you into a initial setup to upload photos. You can choose which photos you would like to upload. The computer will then upload your photos into your desired folder. Then, once it's finished, you are all done!
Safari doesn't support file uploading.
Are you using the Moonpig App available in the UK App Store?
I've downloaded the app but it doesn't show all of the cards that the normal website does, that why I was wondering if there was any other way
