I have now taken my MAC into the APPLE store for repairs. The first time the replaced one of my Nvidia graphics cards, now i am asking that they replace the second. Then i will know if it is the graphics cards. I am trying to chip away at the elements. My MAC coach says that it cannot be software related but I am conflicted because i only started getting Kernel Panics AFTER i upgraded from Lion to Mountian Lion. There may be some code in Mountain Lion that causes certain components to disconnect.

Some one did wonder if it was a temperture issue. I wondered the same thing as well as my MAC runs hot.

When i put 2 fans on the machine and cooled it down about 10 degrees, it made no difference.

MAC's run hot.

I will keep you posted on my results.
