Can I dock my iPhone so I can use it as a desktop with mouse, keyboard, etc?

Many of us do not use the home devices anymore. The iPhone provides you with most of what you need. Wouldn't it be nice to have a docking station so I can plug my iPhone and have a larger display and external keyboard? I could carry my office everywhere and in my office I can replace my computer with an iPhone.
