IMAP - don't delete from server?

I want my email accounts to be set up as IMAP, yet I don't want emails that I delete on my iPhone to be deleted on the server. There is an advanced setting dealing with "Delete Emails from Server" when you have the account set up as POP, but not when you have the account set up as IMAP. Why? Is it possible to have an IMAP account that does NOT delete emails from teh server when you delete them from your phone?
