Why can't I read the app reviews in the app store on my iPhone?

Same here. I have an iPhone 6s. I can see the average number of stars an app has gotten through reviews, but there is no longer any way to read them. Logging out and back in did nothing, but we are having this issue 5 years after the other people in this thread, so its probably different....

I had the same problem for a few months now, with my SE. I signed out of the iTunes Store and then back in. I rebooted the phone by holding down the home button and on/off button at the same time for about 10 seconds. When the phone came back in and I went back into the iTunes Store, all the reviews were there.

the same thing is happening to me. i can see everything but the review

So I'm not crazy! I have the exact same situation and I tried looking it up but nothing. It just brought me to here. I really hope this resolved quick fast cause I use reviews for everything.

I'm not able to see the Ratings and Review of any apps that I select in the App Store. I'm using an iPad 2 with the latest OS 6. Apple, tell us what's going on!

I haven't been able to read them since yesterday morning.

I had this problem but I found a fix.

All I did was go to the App Store, and make sure you're on the home page (of the App Store). Then go to settings, iTunes and App Store, then sign out, then sign back in. Then go back to the App Store and try again. It should have reviews back. If you try this and it worked for you please give some points 🙂 you're welcome.

i know me tooo. but i rather have a software problem then a hardware problem.

did it help everyone fix their problems also??
