App Store White Screen

Exact same issue here...frustrating. I've tried all suggestions and still won't load.

I am having the same issue. Come on Apple, what is going on?

I can search fine and apps show up on the featured/charts tabs, but when I click an app for more details I just get a white screen. I've tried removing the App Store from the quick launch bar to force a restart, I've logged out and back in, I've restarted the phone. None of it worked.

(iPhone 5, iOS 6)

I have the same issue since last night. I am in Canada and using iphone 5.

I have the same problem. when I tap apps store, it show a blank screen, with other option on the button. The featured and chart not working! It happen last night on my iPad 3. Please help me. I try to restore, reboot and reopen but it still showing white screen.

Same problem with the USA store. Strangely it worked for the first while (iPhone 5) during searching existing apps to download to phone. Also find the Purchased options shows loading then either same white blank screen or kicks you out of app.

Tried anything with the searches to problem solve but problem still is the same, search for app shows results in list but when you select one from the list then blank white screen.

Temporary work around is quite tedious but use safari app search for app name with app afterwards suck as Angry Birds app. Google will return app results then from there it will open app information screen in App Store where you can buy and download.

Apple please fix this... Have about 925 apps to download...

I seem to have the exact same issue: white screen when tapping an app for more details. Also when I try to search I get no results, just a white screen. The only difference for me is that I have the iPhone 4. (Not the 4s) I also live in Canada. Weird thing is though that my dad's App Store seems to be working fine and he has exactly the same phone as me and is also running iOS 6.

Obviously a problem with iOS 6. I think we just might have to wait for 6.0.1 or whatever the next version is.

Same issue here as well, no search, genious works but when you tap an app it goes white, etc, sure hope apple fixes this soon, just got my iPhone two days ago, very dissappointing especially the lack of any word from Apple on this.

I spoke to apple support and after all their attempts the last thing they had me try was a full restore and it did work. I have a brand new iPhone 5 and they said sometimes there's a glitch in the IOS so they wanted to see if that worked as it cleans out any minor hiccups in the phone. Mine worked fine since I bought the phone till two nights ago. I'd say do the restore. I know it's time consuming and I didn't want to go that route either but it did fix my phone. Good luck all :)

Same issue for me too. There must be another fix. It would be a huge pain to restore the entire iPhone 5.

I finally bit the bullet and did a Restore this morning and it has resolved the issue (for now!). I confirm that it is very time consuming to go through the process, but at least it did the trick.

Restored my iphone 5 this am about 11AM, app store worked until 6 pm than stopped same issue white screen nothing works, restore is not the permanent solution many posts say apple confirms its their servers but no fix.

Well, looks like mine now works. I was looking at quicken 2013, and clicked on their app link:

Then once the app opened the store, it works again.

Coincidence? Not sure. But glad it works again!
