Hey guys, for the past few days I've been trying to access the app store on my iPhone. However the store remains at white screen, and nothing loads. I google'd the issue and I tried soft resetting my device, and also tried logging out/back in on the app store but still didn't work. Any ideas on how I can resolve the issue?

Yes, just to add that I had the same issue and could only resolve by doing a factory reset:
Then follow from there. It would be wise to ensure that you have backed the phone up to iCloud or iTunes prior to doing this.
i restored mine and it worked for only like few mins. /sigh
Need to download the New App Store from the Apple website.
The RESET worked for me too
