App Store White Screen

Hey guys, for the past few days I've been trying to access the app store on my iPhone. However the store remains at white screen, and nothing loads. I google'd the issue and I tried soft resetting my device, and also tried logging out/back in on the app store but still didn't work. Any ideas on how I can resolve the issue?

Location: Canada

Device: iPhone 5

iOS: 6

iPhone 5, iOS 6

Yes, just to add that I had the same issue and could only resolve by doing a factory reset:

Settings
General
Reset
Erase All Content and Settings

Then follow from there. It would be wise to ensure that you have backed the phone up to iCloud or iTunes prior to doing this.
