iBooks how do I email a book recommendation?

I select a book I am considering in the book store, but how do I email the title to a friend?

On my iPad on iOS 6 (I can't remember what is was like on iOS 5 or below) if I select a book to see its details in the ibookstore, at the top right of that there is a box with an arrow coming out of it with Mail being one of the options fromit. On my computer's iTunes I can click the downward pointing arrow to the right of the price, and one of the options that then shows on the popup is 'tell a friend'

Thank you. The problem I am having is on my new iPhone 5 with IOS 6. I see the arrow, but when I touch it I only sometimes get the little box with the messaging options, email, text, etc.

Some books it works. Other books the little arrow brings no response.

I have no such issue with IOS 6 on my iPad.

What could the problem be?

(As far as I can tell, IOS 5 did not offer the emailing titles feature.
