Computer Assembled in USA

My new intel mini arrived today and the box label, which has all the specifications, included the statement that it was assembled in the USA.

What gives with that? Have others seen this?

BTW, the specifications label is pasted over another one which I cannot read.

Thoughts?

Go to the following web site and put in your serial number it will give you all the info.

http://www.chipmunk.nl/klantenservice/applemodel.html

With the part of the Serial number that you provide you get the following:

Serial number: G8615XXXXXXX (cleaned up from 'G8615xxxxxxx')
Model:
Factory: G8 (USA)code tonumber: XXXX - G8615XXXXXXX

Production year: 2006
Production week: 15 (April)
Production number: 1255345 (within this week)
